By the time Kleindest’s Heart of Europe project is completed, there will be more than 125 floating villas off the coast of Dubai, offering a unique view of the emirates skyline – as well as the subaquatic vista. The villas’ underwater levels house the bedroom, with floor-to-ceiling windows that give unique and stunning views of marine life. It’s estimated that the villas will be available by 2018 but the project is once again making headlines with an even more premium option.

The Floating Seahorse - Signature Edition is said to be inspired by both Emirati culture and leading European design and has been conceived with families in mind. The floating villas will comprise four flexi living / sleeping areas with space for up to eight adults and eight children, with enough versatility to suit different group arrangements. That customization also extends to ensure full privacy with the option to enclose the outdoor areas on the sea level and upper level. When left enclosed, those outdoor areas are ideal for alfresco entertaining year-round, owing to the introduction of climate0controlled technology and innovation.

Each villa spans 4,004 square feet across three levels and will be home to unique special features, state-of-the-art technology and smart home automation. The eight main rooms include a Sky Majlis and Sky Bedroom on the upper level and a Sea Family Room and Sea Bedroom on the sea level.  The totally submerged level features an Underwater Ladies Room and Master Bedroom, A Coral Entertainment Room and a Coral Guest Bedroom.  A total of 40 Signature Edition Floating Seahorses are now under production and are currently priced at AED 12 million.
