A little piece of Palermo will arrive in the Big Apple when Chef Andrea Taormina takes the reigns of The Bowery Hotel’s top kitchen. The new executive chef will take charge of Gemma, the hotel’s Italian trattoria, introducing entirely new menus inspired by his innate passion and knowledge of Italian cuisine, using local and seasonal ingredients.
