To celebrate its 25th anniversary, COMO Metropolitan London on Park Lane as launched ‘A Taste of COMO’, a series of three pop-up restaurants inspired by Exec Chef Ruben Briones’ background and his own gourmet journeys. A Taste of the Mediterranean (on until August) features a selection of Med-inspired dishes, from Middle Eastern mezze to Spanish delicacies; A Taste of the Ocean (August to November), is a Taittinger-fuelled dining experience featuring seafood; and A Taste of Le Bistro (November to December), features hearty classic French dishes, like beef bourguignon and chocolate fondue. The Cocktail Mixology Masterclass also offers guests the chance to join the hotel’s talented mixologists for an exclusive masterclass, which will cover five different cocktail recipes.
