His first restaurant in the Mediterranean, this all-day summer hotspot is the perfect temptation of Mediterranean-meets-Greek cuisine, Tiki-style cocktails and al fresco dining, blending the beach with the sparkling Aegean and Ornos Bay beyond. Sat beside the Santa Marina’s family-friendly Mykonos Social Pool, the elevated courtyard setting fuses foliage with rustic bamboo chairs, naturalhued wood tables and colour infusions from sea-blue striped umbrellas, and tie-dye cushions. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant will transform from lively family-gathering locale by day to a more refined and languid dinner destination after dark, helping cement Mykonos’ reputation as a global culinary hub.
