Setting its first foot outside Italy, Bullona Cairo is the second outpost of the distinguished Milanese restaurant, and centres around a design and art-focused atmosphere, featuring contemporary pieces by renowned Italian artists, Fabio Viale and Michele D'Agostino. Food-wise, guests can tuck into Italian flavours with an international twist, devouring dishes such as squid ink black cod and roasted Alaskan king crab.
