Egypt can lay claim to yet another international eaterie descending on its shores with the opening of Bullona Milano at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza. Setting its first foot outside Italy, Bullona Cairo is the second outpost of the distinguished Milanese restaurant, and centres around a design and art-focused atmosphere, featuring contemporary pieces by renowned Italian artists, Fabio Viale and Michele D'Agostino. Food-wise, guests can tuck into Italian flavours with an international twist, devouring dishes such as squid ink black cod and roasted Alaskan king crab.
