Les Ambassadeurs at Hotel Metropole is a new five-star restaurant by chef Christophe Cussac, serving Mediterranean cuisine and inspired by the hotel’s history and the success of the hotel in the 1920s.
Maona Monte-Carlo is a new concept bringing back the legendary nightlife enjoyed the Riviera jet-set in the 1960s and ’70s. The open-air summer cabaret venue will have live music, Mediterranean food, and live DJ sets. www.montecarlosbm.com
