A slice of Dubai has arrived on Egypt’s North Coast with the debut of KYMA Beach. Set along the Mediterranean coastline in Egypt’s newest dining destination, SouthMed, the venue offers guests a taste of Greece’s sophisticated and dynamic social scene. Imagined by Chef Gilles Bosquet, the menu marries traditional Greek flavours with a fresh Mediterranean touch. Expect to indulge in tuna tartare, crispy zucchini, Greek salad and seafood risotto, as well as a host of other mouth-watering Greek favourites such as fresh seafood, grilled meats and wraps.
On the cocktail menu, highlights include playful concoctions named after some of Greece’s best-known islands and mythical heroes including Poseidon, Orion and Hercules. When food cravings have been satisfied, soak up the atmosphere from a private cabana or sunbed beneath a palm tree as you unwind in the beautiful outdoors to the sounds of deep house music.
