Torno Subito by Chef Massimo Bottura is the first outlet outside of Italy for one of the world’s top chefs. The mastermind behind Osteria Francescana, 2018’s winner of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, has landed at W Dubai – The Palm and is headed by chef Bernardo Paladini, who has spent seven years in Modena at Osteria Francescana and Francheschetta 58. Open for lunch and dinner, the dishes are from both northern and southern Italy and signature plates include the likes of tagliatelle al ragu, a recipe handed down from Bottura’s grandmother, made with different cuts of beef, slow cooked and hand-chopped.
