With the summer temperatures beginning to fall, Dubai’s patio season is about to spring to life. Promising an immersive dining experience that pays homage to the vibrant energy of Hong Kong cuisine, Mott 32 Dubai announces the return of its iconic brunch, under the guidance of Michelin-star-awarded Group Chinese Executive Chef Lee Man Sing, and Executive Chef Frankie Yang Tao.

The updated à la carte brunch menu will feature a mouth-watering selection of new starters and dim sum, including duck salad with crispy taro and citrus truffle dressing, wild mushroom dumplings, spinach vegetable balls, and shrimp and pumpkin har gow. A live culinary station with duck carving and pancake rolling is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

For the main course, guests can expect sweet and sour chicken with dragon fruit, braised beef with crispy potato chips, and hot spicy prawns. Plant-based palates will adore the wok-fried eggplant and gold medal olive rice. Be sure to save room for desert with highlights including the matcha and raspberry lime tart with a vanilla mini tart shell, and the jasmine chocolate cake with a crispy chocolate tuile. Complementing the culinary voyage are Mott 32’s signature cocktails, such as the Fujian Lychee and the Sichuan Margarita.

Radiating opulence with a modern approach, the aesthetics of the restaurant, situated on the 73rd floor of Address Beach Hotel, are a design aficionado’s dream come true, thanks to the highly acclaimed design team at Joyce Wang Studio, who have created an impressive space that flawlessly fuses a distinguished New York industrial vibe, with the illustrious city scape mood of Hong Kong. Our advice? Book a table on the outdoor terrace for a spectacular view across the Arabian Gulf and Bluewaters Island.
