Don your finery and head to the Lobby Lounge at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai where exquisite teas and pretty pastries are given a touch of fashion finesse in partnership with Manolo Blahnik’s The Craft Room – a visual voyage that showcases the archives of the legendary footwear label, including behind-the-scenes content, giving a deeper appreciation of the artistry and craftsmanship behind the iconic shoes.
Reflecting the sophistication synonymous with Manolo Blahnik, dishes are ceremoniously presented providing a true gustatory experience. To begin, assorted finger sandwiches including confit duck and chicken terrine on brioche, as well as a light-but-hearty cucumber and labneh treat to whet the appetite. Next, red velvet madeleines, decadent chocolate mousse, strawberry Victoria cake and specially crafted sweets featuring the shoe designer’s sketches. To finish, a round of warm scones (traditional and pistachio) are served with clotted cream, artisan jams and lemon curd.
