The Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza has thrown open its poolside sanctuaries to the world meaning that guests will be able to access the main pool, lap pool and shallow pool within a few quick strides.
Imagined by French interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon and his Paris-based design studio PRV, the pool terrace rooms that sleep two adults, offer slatted wood-lined walls in white and blue stone flooring topped with soft rugs alongside a plush sofa in a soft blue tone, throw pillows, comfortable seating, and a large TV unit that rotates for viewing from the bed or the living area.
If you plump for the pool terrace suite, expect plenty of space with a separate living area with a sofa, TV, and a cosy set up for dining, plus a roomy bedroom, walled for privacy with a sofa of its own. Both guest rooms are fitted with a full marble bathroom and walk-in closet and the sliding glass doors lead out to a personal terrace on the pool deck that enjoys lounge chairs, a dining table with chairs and TV.
And should you become a bit peckish while you soak up the sun, you can snack on light bites and snacks from The Pool restaurant.
