Six Senses is set for a 2026 launch in Porto Heli in Ermioni, part of the Greek Peloponnese region. Overlooking the islands of Spetses and Hydra and surrounded by the coves and bays of the Aegean Sea, the hotel will rise from the shore to maximise the sea views. Guests will enjoy panoramic views across the cascading property, which is being designed by Rome-based firm Delogu Architecture and Arch Group from Athens, reflecting the relationship with nature, with buildings bridging the forest and the sea. The property will offer an indoor-outdoor concept with interiors by MuzaLab London emphasising light and shadow play. 60 rooms and suites – most with private plunge pools and private terraces or gardens – will be on offer, along with a three-bedroom villa.

Additionally, 10 branded residential villas will be available for sale, offering five to eight bedrooms. The 17,000-square-foot Six Senses Spa will feature eight treatment rooms, thermal wet areas and heat experiences, an indoor swimming pool with ocean views, a Biohacking Lounge, a boutique and concept store, outdoor fitness and wellness circuit, and spa herbal gardens. By the beach, there will be a boat jetty and beach club hosting a range of water sports, beach dining, and juice and coffee bars. Sitting directly on the beach will be the all-day main restaurant joined by a sunset bar, traditional Greek kafeneio, outdoor event spaces, and an organic vegetable garden. An Alchemy Bar, Earth Lab, outdoor pool and sports facilities, sound healing dome, and play area for children will ensure there’s something for everyone.
