The Brook Street boutique will blend iconic Oberoi design with world-class service in one of the UK capital’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the hotel promises to redefine luxury in the heart of London. The South Molton project is the West End’s largest mixed-use development and features a rejuvenated area with office spaces, housing, cafes, shops and leisure areas, drawing an estimated £6.5 million in annual spending.
