The storied Raffles brand is primed for its entry into Tokyo, as part of the re-development of Tokyo’s iconic World Trade Center (WTC) in the Hamamatsucho district. Slated for a 2028 opening, the hotel will occupy the top 46 floors of the WTC building, offering close proximity to some of the city’s most notable landmarks including Tokyo Tower, the Roppongi Hills Museum, and Rainbow Bridge. The hotel is expected to feature 130 guestrooms, including 27 suites with sweeping city views. Designed by Australia-based Layan architects, the property will sport sprawling views of the city. Inside, the hotel will feature six food and beverage outlets, in addition to a state-of-the-art fitness studio, a large swimming pool, a world-class spa, and a bathhouse. With direct access to Hamamatsucho Station and with easy access to the airport and Shinkansen bullet train, travellers will be well positioned to enjoy Tokyo and beyond.
