Vegan airplane food looks set to hit new heights after Qatar Airways announced it was to introduce a new plant-based menu with items sourced from local organic farms in Qatar.
Exclusive to passengers travelling with the airline in Business Class, the menu will showcase tasty green options such as a new Super Food Salad that is created using organic ingredients sourced from Safwa, a Qatari farm. But even before hungry travellers tuck into their dinner, they will be greeted by drinks curated by Doha’s renowned vegan café, Evergreen Organics.
