Entertainment icon and “Seinfeld” star Jerry Seinfeld has emerged as the wealthiest actor with $820 million to his name, according to a Wealth-X report.
The Wealth-X Hollywood and Bollywood Rich List, released last week, identified the 10 wealthiest TV and movie actors from the US and India, who boast a combined fortune of $4.68 billion.
The 60-year-old co-founder of the eponymous comedy TV show has significantly increased his fortune through off-network syndication deals, giving him at least $400 million in the fifth syndication agreement last year. He has also featured in numerous films, including animated feature Bee Movie.
Seinfeld is known for his epic sports car collection. It has been reported he has 47 Porsches, including 10 Boxsters, but the actor and comedian has kept quiet on what specific models he owns.
The list’s only Bollywood actor in the top 10 took second place. Shah Rukh Khan, who is estimated to be worth $600 million, is an immensely popular around the globe and is known as the “King of Bollywood”.
Khan is also a producer, TV host, co-owner of an Indian cricket club and a philanthropist. He has appeared in more than 50 Bollywood films and is a regular at the annual Cannes Film Festival.

Several Academy Award winners are featured on the list. Three-time Oscar winner Jack Nicholson has a net worth of $400 million, which puts the 77-year-old actor in seventh place.
Tom Hanks, who won best actor Oscars for Philadelphia and Forrest Gump, is in 8th place with a personal fortune of $390 million. Clint Eastwood is the oldest actor in the Rich List, having amassed $370 million at the age of 84. He is the ninth wealthiest actor in the list.
Following the much-publicised Versaille wedding of “Kimye”, the Hollywood power couple are now worth $155 million. Not quite enough to enter the list. The pop culture icons, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, married last week in a 16th century castle, overlooking Florence.
