Another day and another Kempinski property for Dubai… Europe’s oldest luxury hotel company will be expanding their portfolio in the city with the Kempinski Marina Residences.
Scheduled to welcome residents in early 2028, the premium branded residences will be home to 453 state-of-the-art homes including one- to four-bedroom single and duplex apartments, sky villas and seven penthouse suites, all replete with outdoor terraces that yield views of the Marina and Dubai skyline.
The third Kempinski property to be announced in recent months, the Kempinski Marina Residences will also come with several amenities exclusive to residents. Think a residents’ lounge, kids’ club, a gym and fitness centre with indoor and outdoor swimming pool, basketball, and paddle courts, as well as parking, retail units and landscaped public units in which to relax and soak up Dubai’s sun.
Currently under development by UAE-based real estate company, ABA Group Dubai, the residences are ideally located, with residents only a short stroll from a myriad of Marina’s shipping and dining options.
