If you like ‘dinner and a show’ when you go out to eat, head to The Ritz-Carlton Abama in Tenerife this week, for a Michelin-starred dinner with a difference.

On November 23, The Ritz-Carlton Abama and the 2-Michelin-star restaurant M.B. is hosting an exclusive ‘A Dinner with the Stars’ where Martín Berasategui – the Spanish chef with the most Michelin stars – while act as your consummate host for the evening.

Chef Martín will blend dishes from the M.B. menu along with those from his other restaurants, with highlights including marinated soldier shrimp served on olive, orange and mimetic olive juice (2022); free-range egg yolk bathed in a liquid herb salad, beetroot, flower cheese and truffle accents (2006); or roasted pigeon with a fresh pasta bone covered in chive mushrooms and small hints of truffle cream (2007). To round off the evening, you enjoy something moreish from the Wheel of Sweet Bites.

Throughout the special night, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Martín, who will accompany you on a sensory journey through his most iconic dishes. “I have created this unique and unrepeatable menu with the best ingredients I find daily in the market, along with the wisdom, and the passion of my over 45 years of experience,” says Chef Martín. “The dinner will be a journey through the dishes of yesterday and today that have shaped my path in the world of gastronomy.”
