Located in the private resort community of Peninsula Papagayo in Costa Rica, Andaz Costa Rica Resort at Peninsula Papagayo has unveiled 25 new one-, two- and three-bedroom residential villas, alongside its redesigned signature restaurant, Ostra, and a newly opened beach club, Casa de Playa. The new villas will be housed in a completely new hillside neighbourhood designed by Costa Rican architect Ronald Zürcher.

The villas will showcase local art and expansive views of Culebra Bay. Guests staying at the one- and two-bedroom villas will enjoy indoor-outdoor living and a large private plunge pool on their terrace. Two- and three-bedroom penthouses have covered rooftop terraces, complete with an open-air living room, plunge pool and daybed. Villa guests will enjoy enhanced culinary offerings, including an array of chef-curated market-fresh baskets; an in-villa coffee programme; and a complimentary afternoon in-villa aperitivo.

Guests will have exclusive access to breakfast at Ostra and priority dinner reservations at the recently refreshed restaurant. With wellness being an essential part of the resorts offering, villa guests can benefit from expert-led in-villa experiences, such as In-Pool Sound Healing. Bespoke immersion experiences include the option of visiting a nearby village and participating in a community gardening project to handpick produce for a customized chef-prepared dinner to be enjoyed in-villa.
