Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced plans for a new exclusive resort and private residences in Ras Al Khaimah, set within the 1,000-acre Mina development. The project will introduce beachfront accommodation, private villas and branded residences, further expanding the region’s hospitality and residential offerings.
Located on a two-island master-planned development, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina will feature around 150 rooms, suites and signature villas, as well as some 130 private residences. Guests and residents will have access to secluded beaches, a dedicated marina and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the Hajar Mountains.

The resort will include a wellness centre with 10 treatment rooms, a beauty salon, multiple pools, paddle and tennis courts, and a fitness centre. Families will benefit from the Kids For All Seasons programme, while event spaces, including a grand ballroom, will provide venues for celebrations and business gatherings.
The development will also offer a selection of waterfront restaurants, cafés and leisure attractions, all within close proximity to Mina’s yacht club and wharf. Residential sales are expected to begin later this year, with construction scheduled to start in early 2026.
