The day starts with a chauffeur driven service from Brown’s Hotel to the Highclere Castle set of Downton Abbey in a vintage car of your choosing, with options ranging from a classic Rolls Royce to a 1962 Daimler limousine.

On arrival, you can enjoy the Victorian interiors of the Carnavon’s country home and explore the sprawling gardens. History buffs can also make the most of the ongoing Egyptian Exhibition, which highlights the achievements of the 5^th Earl of Carnarvon, who famously discovered the Tomb of the Egyptian Boy Pharaoh, Tutankhamen.

After a full day of Downton-inspired activities, you will return to the Donovan Bar at Brown’s Hotel, where you can sample an exclusive 175^th anniversary ‘Timeless’ cocktail – a mixture of Chase Elderflower Liqueur and William Chase Gin topped up with English Sparkling Wine.
