Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills is located on South Santa Monica Boulevard at the site of the former Friars Club, the boutique development introduces a new level of private estate-style living to Los Angeles, with just 17 homes across five storeys.
The building was designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, who combined limestone cladding and expansive glass with interiors crafted from materials including Venetian plaster, white oak and hand-picked Greek marble. Each residence ranges from 3,000 to more than 7,000 square feet, with private elevator access, open-plan layouts and sweeping terraces.
Some homes include private pools, outdoor kitchens and rooftop gardens. Kitchens feature custom Molteni cabinetry and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, while living spaces are designed with wine storage, butler’s pantries and indoor-outdoor fireplaces.
Owners have access to a dedicated Rosewood Residential team offering 24/7 support, from in-residence spa treatments to lifestyle management via a dedicated app. Amenities include a rooftop pool and fitness centre, as well as a lounge and dining room with skyline views.
