Move over Coachella, this year is all about SeaChella, the brand-new family festival at InterContinental Maldives Maamunagau Resort. Taking place on April 19 and featuring an explosion of aerial shows, music, festival-style food and drink and fun kids’ entertainment such as face painting, movie nights and arts and crafts, kids and adults of all ages are bound to have an absolute blast at this one-of-a-kind island event.

Keeping the festivities going throughout the Easter holidays, the picturesque resort is also hosting a new Planet Trekkers programme dedicated to the marine wonders of the Indian Ocean, pirate-themed cruises and special teen activities such as cooking classes, water sports, spa treatments and more.
