On the lookout for a Parisian stay with a certain je ne sais quoi? The Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris has revealed its newly renovated suites that blend classic and contemporary design elements alongside a dash of oh là là.
Imagined by acclaimed French designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, the suites all come with French parquet floors and are furnished with classic and modern pieces of art as well as Lalique wall sconces. Replete with a balcony or terrace, each suite surrenders views of the Eiffel Tower and is perfect for those who wish to enjoy a long summer day outside with a book and a glass of vin.
Divided into three categories, guests staying in a Duplex Suite will be greeted with two floors of spacious living areas. Spread over 1,400 square-feet, Duplex Suite 814 is all about quintessential Paris paying homage to 18th century Parisian bourgeois homes. Think soft-nut brown wall panelling, an oak staircase with a French Art Deco ironwork balustrade and a first-floor bedroom with marble fireplace.
Duplex Suite 815 is all about natural light and terrace living where you can begin the day with breakfast or round off the evening with dinner. Interiors are embellished with muted greens colours, soft greys and gilded accents alongside a wooden staircase that is adorned with 19th century paintings. Upstairs sits two bedrooms that look out over the city’s skyline.
For a true taste of Paris, The Parisian Suite offers an elegant and elevated answer to the French capital’s stylish apartments. Expect bright living areas, a private kitchen, an intimate dining room with marble fireplace and a large terrace – perfect for an al fresco meal or evening drink as the sun sets over the Marble Courtyard. Sized at 1,500 square-feet, the suite enjoys muted tones of cream, yellow and blue as well as crafted crystal Lalique parakeet sculptures designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon in the bathroom.

And for the pièce de resistance, the Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris’ Grand Premiere Suite welcomes travellers with a foyer showcasing muted mauve tones that leads into sophisticated living and dining rooms. In the bedroom, walls are decorated with toile de Jouy patterns and 19th century paintings cased in golden frames.
