Nilu27, a new hypercar brand founded by renowned Designer Sasha Selipanov, has debuted its first vehicle, the NILU hypercar. The innovative car stands out by forgoing electrification and digital aids, prioritising a raw and unfiltered driving experience. The NILU hypercar draws inspiration from classic racing vehicles of the 1960s, elegant Italian design, and avant-garde influences. With a focus on functional beauty, the exterior showcases tight contours and smooth curves, alongside an intricately detailed exposed engine bay. Its lightweight construction includes a bespoke carbon fibre monocoque and an aluminium-alloy tubular subframe, enhancing access and the vehicle’s mechanical aesthetics.

Under the hood is a bespoke 6.5-litre V12 engine developed with Hartley Engines, boasting over 1,000 horsepower. This naturally aspirated powerhouse features a unique “Hot V” design and is complemented by a seven-speed manual transmission, emphasising tactile engagement. The NILU also boasts performance-focused engineering features like a double wishbone suspension and Michelin Pilot Sport tyres.

Production will be limited to 15 units, with an additional street-legal version of 54 units. The debut event took place in Los Angeles on August 8, and its public unveiling on August 15, at Pebble Beach. “We believe in the timelessness of these cars,” said Inna Selipanov, Co-founder and COO. “They will continue to capture the hearts of passionate automobile enthusiasts.”
