Rolls-Royce has revealed its most powerful motor car to date, the Black Badge Spectre. A fusion of unparalleled engineering and bold design, this super-luxury vehicle embodies the rebellious spirit of the brand’s daring clientele. “The Black Badge Spectre is one of the clearest statements of power and purpose we’ve ever made,” says Chris Brownridge, CEO of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. “It was created for our boldest clients, reflecting their fearless spirit and pushing the boundaries of luxury and performance.”
Delivering an astonishing 485 kW (659 hp) and a record 1075 Nm of torque, the Black Badge Spectre is engineered for dynamic bursts of power. A new feature, Infinity Mode, unlocks the full 485 kW for a more responsive throttle. Additionally, Spirited Mode delivers instant acceleration, allowing the car to go from 0-60 mph in just 4.1 seconds.
Dr. Bernhard Dressler, Director of Engineering at Rolls-Royce, explains the development process: “We analysed anonymised driving data from Black Badge owners around the world, allowing us to design a driving experience tailored to their needs. This insight validated our approach to creating the most intense Rolls-Royce ever.”
Aesthetic choices reflect the bold personality of Black Badge clients, with features like the striking Vapour Violet exterior finish and Illuminated Grille backplates in vibrant colours. The interior also shines with intricate details such as the Infinity symbol in the Illuminated Fascia, echoing the brand’s legacy of luxury intertwined with intensity.
