Bringing his culinary arts to the kitchens of InterContinental Maldives Maamunagau Resort, Benjamin Chmura will curate an exclusive menu that marries a fusion of tradition and modernity. Running from February 14-19, the Executive Chef of Munich-based Tantris Maison Culinaire will present dishes that draw inspiration from his experiences working in French restaurants as well as using local produce. Available for those who stay between the aforementioned dates, this unique dining partnership will offer guests a Champagne experience at the Sunset Bar before dinner, complimentary wine pairing and a meet and greet with Chef Benjamin in the kitchen.
