Doing just that, Amanzoe in Greece has announced a new Guest Chef Series, just in time for autumn, when olive groves flourish and vineyards are in full colour. The new pop-up restaurant series brings chefs from across Greece to use, cook with and celebrate the fresh ingredients and flavours of the region. On October 9, Chef Konstantina Faklari will present a fresh twist on Greek classics, while on October 16, Dimitrios Dimitriadis will showcase techniques from across the continent with a stylish and contemporary feel.
