The boho-chic surrounds of Ginger Moon have long been a favourite destination for Dubai’s gastronomes. It’s easy to see why. A ‘no beach’ beach club experience that is all about good vibes, good times and good food, guests are welcomed to take their place in a chilled-out space, where going for a dip, admiring the bobbing yachts of Dubai Harbour and sipping on an expertly crafted cocktail, can be all done at the same time.
But the venue that is perched high up on the ever-vibrant, five-star property, W Dubai – Mina Seyahi, looks set to shake up Dubai’s culinary scene with the introduction of an exciting and new cuisine concept - New Californian.
Drawing inspiration from The Golden State’s epicurean excellence that blends abundant produce, coastal seafood and the multicultural heritage of California, the chef-driven food moment will be showcased at Ginger Moon in a new menu that is divided into eight sections; snacks, crust, cold vegetals, hot vegetals, starch, sharing, simply grilled and sweets.
Centred around dishes filled with fresh vegetables and fruits, lean meat and seafood native to the California coast, gourmands who pull up a chair (or lounger) at Ginger Moon can treat themselves to a smorgasbord of tastes including flatbread with zucchini and truffle, salmon and avo nachos and cauliflower steak with romesco and tomato rice.
And of course, what would a good meal be without a tasty cocktail? Complementing the food will be Ginger Moon’s eclectic, signature cocktails that fuse the flavours and ingredients of New Californian into exquisite sips of The Paloma, The Avocado and The Aztec.
The delicious tastes of New California await at Ginger Moon this November.
