Moma Group is bringing the spirit of the French Riviera to the English capital, as Mimosa opens at The Langham London this season. First launching in Paris back in 2021, it fast became a name amongst the culinary set, thanks to its laid-back ode to the produce and heritage of France, and the Riviera’s joyful, relaxed way of life. The Mediterranean-inspired menus by chef Jean-François Piège will compliment the whimsical interiors, both anchored in the historical walls of The Langham London.
On the menu you’ll find blue lobster from Brittany paired with aioli, fresh grilled octopus and succulent veal paillard cooked over a wood fire, all using ingredients that ooze those delicious sun-drenched flavours from the South of France. You can sip the restaurant’s famous egg mimosa, that will taste all the better on the beautiful garden terrace – perfect for when spring arrives.
