One of London’s most iconic hotels, Brown’s london, has welcomed not only a new restaurant, in the form of Charlie’s, but also a new chef director, Adam Byatt.

The new restaurant is named after Lord Charles Forte, and will sit under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Adam, and will play a key role in the evolution of great British cuisine. Adam’s CV packs a punch, starting his career at Claridge’s, before opening Trinity restaurant in 2006, which went on to be awarded a Michelin star and claim ‘London Restaurant of the Year’ by AA.

He then went on to open a sister restaurant called Bistro Union, and oversee the extensive refurb of Trinity, including a new dining room called Upstairs, which holds a coveted Bib Gourmand.
