It’s never too far ahead to plan your upcoming adventures and summer 2025 looks set to take us to the high seas with the launch of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s third superyacht, Luminara.

Scheduled to set sail on July 31, 2025, Luminara’s first voyage will discover the gems of Italy and Southern France with a seven-night Rome round-trip. Think overnight stays in Livorno, truffle hunting in Tuscany, climbing the infamous Tower of Pisa, and discovering the Renaissance icons of Florence before kayaking the Ligurian coast and sunbathing on the Côte d’Azur via helicopter from Monte Carlo.
Voyage two departs on August 7 and features a trip to Malta before embracing Sicily’s ancient Greek history at Pompeii, boating along the Amalfi Coast and taking the perfect picture at the ethereal blue grottoes. And if the first two voyages of Luminara aren’t your thing, check out voyage three on August 21, that sees you climb aboard in Barcelona and offers the opportunity to explore Rome, kayak the Ligurian coastline and immerse yourself in the scenic countryside around Collioure that artists like Matisse and Picasso.

On board, the 794-feet yacht features 226 suites that all enjoy private terraces and access to 24-hour in-room dining. Plump for an Owners, Concierge or Residential suite and you can have a dip in your private whirlpool. Imagined by London-based AD Associates with creative direction by Chapi Chapo Design, expect soft brown oak colours alongside touches of rich red, navy, and green, along with Calcutta marble and leather.

Dining means the choice of five restaurants, six bars and a wine vault stocked with premium bottles of vino from around the world for when you decide to not disembark at any of the destinations. And when it’s time to relax, head to The Ritz-Carlton Spa where you can enjoy treatments in a private room offering ocean views as well as a full-service Beauty Lounge, Gentleman’s Grooming Salon, and a sauna, steam room and quiet zones which allow you to disconnect from the world.
