A much-loved staple on the UAE’s high-end hospitality scene, Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi has just announced the extension of its hotel with the adjoining, purpose-built Beach Rotana Residences. The addition expands the hotel’s offering beyond its guestrooms, suites and existing residences, offering a greater volume of clientele the option to experience signature Rotana hospitality in its long-stay apartments.
The new tower houses 314 one-, two- and three-bedroom accommodations, overlooking either the city’s pristine beachfront or iconic cityscape. With a dedicated fitness club, in-room dining options and access to Zen the Spa, there’s no shortage of leisure options for visitors. Like hotel guests, those staying in the residences will have full access to the resort’s 14 restaurants, 12 banqueting rooms, ballroom facilities and beach club, including the property’s 120-metre private beach.
